Very well kept up pasture, 3.5 acre turnout with creek, hill and pasture, two dry lots, Indoor riding arena, round pen. 

Two 12X12 stalls available at $150/Month
One 16X12 Broodmare stall available at $175/Month
Two positions available for Turnout only board at $75/Month.

All board includes the use of INDOOR RIDING ARENA, outdoor training round pen and any of the dry lots or pastures.
Stall board Includes stall cleaning/up-keep and maintenance as well as am/pm feed and turn out.
Includes heated buckets for winter, fans for summer in the stalls.
Tack room with door available for your tack and supplies.

We use a 14% protein feed with corn and oats, and feed grass hay. Alfalfa hay available for an extra cost.  Round bales in pasture during winter.
We rotate pastures for turnout to keep grass up, and supplement by throwing square bales of good grass hay when grass is low.  We are not accepting stallions and we turnout geldings and mares together.  There are currently only two mares and a bull on the premises with barn cats and a very friendly fun loving trail companion dog.
